The 4 v 4 Format

Overview of League

The SuperKick 4v4 Developmental League consists of a maximum of eight (8) teams in each division with a maximum of eight (8) players on each team.  We plan to have two divisions in each age group for U9-U14 Girls & Boys (an A Level and a B level).

  • All games are 40 minutes long consisting of two 20 minute halves. 
  • Small sided fields (36 x 20 yards).
  • Climate-controlled so you do not need to worry about the temperature swings that can occur in November and December.

League Format

The format of SuperKick 4v4 Developmental League is unique and emphasizes skill development for the players.  U9-U14 age divisions will play 4v4 (no Goalkeepers), utilizing 4x6 foot goals for games.  Since SuperKick has four (4) small-sided fields, each eight-team division will play their games at the same time and on the same day every week from November to late December.   • Players get more touches on the soccer ball and are more involved in the game due to the small fields and less amount of players.
  • More playing time per player with smaller rosters.
  • No dasher boards for players to kick the soccer ball off and develop bad habits.
  • Smaller fields help players improve their speed of play, individual foot skills, and decision making on and off the ball.

  • $400 registration fee made out to SuperKick is required to reserve your team's spot. 
  • You will be notified of your team’s schedule by Tuesday, October 28, 2008. 
  • League will begin November 1, 2008!
